The error is happening because of a data collision. The plugin has asked for a status request. The response from the status request is intermingled with something else (not quite sure what it is). I had a similar issue of data collusion during the plugin development. When I addressed it with SmartLabs/SmartHome, they sent me unit with newer firmware and it resolved the issue.

If you want to address the problem with SmartLabs, hopefully that will resolve this. Another option is that I can downgrade the message to a warning so it won't keep triggering an error. The plugin does detect the error (obviously) and resends the status request (which returned good the second time with no collision).

I would appreciate if you could downgrade the message to a warning. Everything is working fine and I just don't have the time to deal with SmartLabs right now.
