Isntallation HB_Control.exe

Hi All
What is needed to install HB_Control.exe on a second PC? If I copy just the executable and try to execute it I get an error which tells me that the program is not executable.
Do I need to make a complete Housebot Installation just to use HB_Control.exe?

You may need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package on the machine also.
