Can the client for housebot works on WIndowsCE3.0.
Where can I find an client program.

Hi,
the client programs are in a folder called clients in the housebot directory i beleive.
I do not know if it supports CE 3.0 but i know it works on CE4&5

Try either the "Pocket PC" or the "Pocket PC 2003" Software Remote options from the HouseBot setup. I think they are CE 3.0 platforms (hard to remember). This will usually work on all Windows CE devices unless the device manufacturer has removed too much core functionality.
