Hi, i need to read some data by the serial port (rs232), can HB give me this possibilite ?. by the way enyone here already use HB wiht PIC (microcontrolers)

Yes and Yes

Read the help files on how to setup the Generic Serial Device in HB.
When setup, you can use tasks, theme buttons which control properties and/or vbscripts to handle all of your protocol data.

I use AVR 2313 mc's that are connected to HB using rs232 to control all kinds of stuff.

First I recommend to setup the device and get some data flow going back and forth. Once you can communicate, expanding on your protocol is easy. Just port your questions and you will get answers.
