Receive IR from harmony 525 and trigger a task

I don´t understand how this is done, can someone help? I have several USB-UIRTS and have sent IR for years. But now I want to receive IR from my harmony remote and trigger a task accordingly. What is the most efficient way to do this?

Have you looked at the 'Receiving IR Codes' section in the USB UIRT plugin help? If not, you can find it from the main menu by clicking on Help / Plugin Help... / Select USB UIRT Hardware Module. If that doesn't explain it well enough, let me know where it gets confusing.
