I'm using HouseBot for a half year with a RFXcom tranceiver, works great. With the RFXcom I can receive the data of the Oregon Scientific transmitters but I have also a Davis Vantage Pro weather station with solar and UV sensors connected via the network (WeatherLink IP logger).
It should be great if HouseBot also support the Davis IP logger, multi connections via VirtualVP is possible.
