HB Crash on import configuration

i just installed housebot and when i try to import configuration the application crashes

I am using windows 7

please help me slove the problem.

I'm not sure why you are seeing this problem. I just tested the import on my Windows 7 system and it succeeded. The next step after the one shown in your screen shot was to write a file to the \Plugins\Devices\ExternalComControl\web_sample directory. You might want to make sure that directory exists.
